On Monday, the blogger claimed Brown called the user a “derogatory gay slur” on the social media site.
Perez posted a purported screenshot of Brown’s alleged tweet, which reads, “@handmadebentley is a f*g he used to talk to Jacob.”
The so-called “reporter” further claims the star deleted the supposed message in order to “hide the evidence.”
“This is just terrible,” adds Perez.
But the story is completely fabricated.
A Brown insider tells Gossip Cop, “Chris didn’t post this on Twitter.”
Sources at the social media site also confirm that the tweet is “totally fake.”
