Rob Pattinson & Katy Perry: Dating Rumors Are False

If you went on the Internet today, chances are you think that Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson are reportedly falling for each other because of “dates to Bjork concerts” and “plans for trips to the Bahamas” or whatever.
Turns out men and women can be JUST FRIENDS after all, which we know in Hollywood is a foreign concept because anytime two celebs are photographed near each other it ALWAYS means they are compiling their wedding registry. But according to the rest of Rob and Katy’s friends, these two are not trying to change their relationship status at all.
“Rob and Katy are definitely not an item. There is nothing romantic going on at all. They are only friends and have been only friends,” a friend of Katy’s tells Hollyscoop.
But what about Rob and Katy’s so-called platonic trip to Santa Barbara?
Other sources confirm to us that Katy was in Santa Barbara for work and any Twilight fan knows that both Rob and Kristen have gone up to Santa Barbara with Katy Perry before, duh. Remember that time they went to Wildcat Lounge for their mutual friend's bday?

But at the end of the day, the source adds that Katy is friends with Kristen AND Rob. Not to mention, Katy doesn’t seem like the type to scoop up her gal pal’s ex-boyfriend.
In their circle of friends, everyone thinks the Rob and Katy rumors are “absolutely ridiculous.”
