It has eight bedrooms. It’s valued at $10 million. It’s located in the cushy mirage of luxury homes known as the Hamptons.
The exclusive neighborhood of coastal homes can start sending J.Lo her welcome basket of L’Occitane en Provence sunscreens and Chanel beach towels because the 43-year-old is officially ready to make this her new block away from the block.
Also included on the property are seven bathrooms, a sprawling lawn with three-acres worth of gardens, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a private cinema that’ll probably include every film in the Jennifer Lopez canon minus Gigli (she’s going to live there with her boyfriend Casper Smart).
The house (LOL “house”) resides on a cul-de-sac along a secluded bay of the Long Island community that makes its terrain especially private.
Contrary to her musical protestations, love (of serenity, splendor and porcelain floors) does cost a thing—$10 million of them in the shape of dollar bills—and she’ll still be far from broke. Just last year, Forbes itemized her fortune to $52 million thanks to records sales, concert tours, endorsement deals and “American Idol.”
