Kim Kardashian
has been a mom for approximately a weekend and we’re sure her pre-baby
body is the furthest thing from her mind. But for those of you who scan
Kim’s Instagram for Throwback Thursday shots of the reality star in a
bikini, Kim’s trainer tells us how she is going to get that booty back.
First, Kim’s trainer Tracy Anderson tells us that Kim is definitely going to take it easy for 4 to 7 weeks.
“During that time it is really important that [Kim] don’t do anything. Women have to let their bodies come back naturally as much as they can come back," Tracy tells Hollyscoop.
But Tracy says Kim’s best bet is to nurse her way back to what her body was 9 months ago.
“Your only other option is to nurse. If you nurse, your body will naturally bring itself back to a certain extent, but not as small or smaller [as you were before].”
Either way, Kim's kurves don't quit and she spent the better part of the last decade promoting diet shakes, so we can't imagine she'll have a hard time with her post-baby slim down.
