Why Kate Middleton Won’t Raise Newborn at Royal Palace

Even though Kate Middleton has been chasing Prince William since she was a teenager and only went to St. Andrew’s University because he went there too and has been dreaming about royalty since she was a little girl…Kate is reportedly raising her baby at her mom (not her royal mom)’s house.
To be fair, it’s only for 6 weeks. But STILL! It’s so un-royal of her.
Kate’s uncle on the maternal side just revealed to Hello! magazine that Kate will indeed be crashing at her parent's place rather than at Kensington Palace WHERE SHE IS SUPPOSED TO LIVE!
But apparently this “slumming it” plan is a good idea.
“The fact that they’re taking the baby to [mom] Carole’s for the first six weeks is genius. Carole’s a brilliant mum – she is 10 years older than me and practiced on me – and I think it’s the right thing to do. It will take the pressure off Kate.”
So that’s happening.
We should mention that both Kensington Palace and Will and Kate’s second home at Anmer Hall are both being renovated. A construction site is no place to raise a baby. We know this because we watch A LOT of TLC.
