From last minute jet-setting to hiding credit cards with the name “Kanye Omari West”
embossed on them, it seems the rapper is reportedly doing everything he
can to keep some distance between himself and his baby mama Kim Kardashian.
Then there was this article from The Sun
that took it even further, saying Kanye was also taking a step back
from Lil Kimye by not planning to attend the baby shower—all part of the
Great Kanye West Exodus out of the Kardashian Empire.
Apparently, E!’s cameras will be rolling at the party for an episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and according to a source he doesn’t want to be on the show.
“Kanye wants their life with their first child to be out of the public eye,” a source said. “He would like the baby shower to be the first part of that, so [he] doesn’t want to be there while the cameras are rolling.”
However, a source close to the Kardashians tells CT9 not to worry because simply put: “He’ll be there.”
If anything he’ll be making a quick “cameo” appearance towards the tail end of the shower. After all, this wouldn’t be the first (or second, or third) time Kanye has appeared on Kim’s show with her family, so his ability to be a team player isn’t completely outside the realm of reality.
