D.A. Wants Justin Bieber Prosecuted

We’re not sure if Justin Bieber’s fans got to this chapter in their American government textbooks yet (there’s still a few weeks left to go in the spring semester), but a checks and balances system is set up in our courts so everyone gets a fair trial.
To his fans he may be a larger-than-life 5-foot-7-inches paper doll that sings, but to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department he’s just a guy who allegedly spit on a neighbor’s face.
He’s innocent until proven guilty, but cops want to put him before a judge and let the court system decide.

After investigating an occurrence of Justin tearing through his Calabasas neighborhood in a Ferrari then later battering his neighbor (with his saliva) and threatening, “I’m going to f*cking kill you!", law enforcement is urging prosecutors to charge the singer, according to TMZ.
On the other side of the gavel, sources have also informed TMZ that they don’t foresee Justin going to jail (they think that’d be too much), but needs a legal intervention in this instance. And not because he’s a celebrity either, they would have made the same recommendation for any first-time offender who can’t keep their temper under control.
The case is still under review by the D.A. and a decision is expected very soon.
