Variety is reporting that the 20-year-old is sitting in on big adult, grown-up person meetings in a new Fox revenge comedy called The Other Woman.
Along with Diaz, Leslie Mann is also signed as another other woman. Kate could join as the other other woman.

The clandestine premise is that a playboy type philanderer (played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is cheating on all three ladies simultaneously, and when the trio find out about each other, instead of pulling out one another’s weaves, they unite to create a plan that’ll get back at him. Think your version of The First Wives Club. Your mom’s version of John Tucker Must Die.
Nick Cassavetes (The Notebook) is confirmed to direct. It’s set to shoot in New York during late spring/early summer.
Kate’s IMDb already has credits of blink-or-you’ll-miss-her appearances in The Three Stooges and Tower Heist, but this will be Kate’s biggest film role yet if it all pans out.
