Paul Walker’s Girlfriend ‘Broken Up’ By Death

 

As celebrities react to the tragic news of Paul Walker’s death at 40 from a one-car collision near Santa Clarita, California, his family is left most devastated by the sudden loss.
A family friend spoke with the Daily Mail about how they’ve been coping in the days since, mostly how his long-term girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, who’s 23 and now attending college in Santa Barbara, is dealing with Paul’s passing.

“Paul was a really good guy and Jasmine is broken up by this,” her uncle said. “I went to Thanksgiving with him, played golf with him.”

“They had their ups and downs but they were together and looking to spend a bright future together,” her uncle continued. “This is horrible news and unexpected. Her mother is with her and she is comforting her.”
Jasmine was reportedly 16 when they started dating; he was 33 at the time.
Paul’s business partner Roger Rodas, who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT at the time, also perished in the fiery car accident.
Paul is also survived by his 15-year-old daughter Meadow Walker, who he fathered with his ex Rebecca McBrain.
