According to “Extra” TV’s Gossip Girl, the singer and fashion mogul has put a permanent line through her dad Joe Simpson on the list of possible attendees.
Apparently there’s still a lot of tension between Joe and Jessica’s mom, his ex-wife, Tina Simpson, and the only way to keep their relationship from interrupting her happy day is to keep them far apart.
Sources also told the site that because of it, Joe won’t be there to walk Jessica down the aisle. It’s a difficult decision, but necessary to keep the joyous day, well, joyous.
