Justin Bieber’s Neighbors Want Sheriffs Patrolling His House

Earlier today we reported that Justin Bieber’s neighbors are withholding their monthly association fees until the Calabasas HOA gives Bieber a slap on the wrist for being a brat, driving fast, throwing wild parties and basically doing all the things you can’t do when you live in a wealthy suburb.
Well, we talked to one of Justin’s neighbor’s, Courtney Bingham (who is engaged to Motley Crue rocker Nikki Sixx) and she told us they are doing a lot more than just withholding their monthly dues.

“Nikki, myself and numerous neighbors have and are continuing to take action to the HOA in hopes of putting in speed bumps, having sheriffs on duty, radar speedometers, fines, whatever it takes to make sure this does not keep happening,” Courtney tells CT9 exclusively.
She adds that the neighborhood is so anti-Bieber that “at this point, I really wouldn’t be surprised if he moves out.”
She said that recently two birthday parties were thrown simultaneously on Justin’s street and kids were walking back and forth between the two houses, but people were actually worried to let their kids run about the block for fear that Justin might come tearing down the street in one of his many sports cars.
“Boys will be boys and he is only 19 with unlimited funds, so I get that he wants to have fun, but not in a gated family community,” she adds.
Another source who lives in the neighborhood wasn’t as nice, telling us, “Bieber has people over and ragers at his house even when he’s not there and the partiers are all f*cked up. Go to a neighborhood that parties, like the hills, if that’s what you want.”
The neighbors want speed bumps, sheriffs and fines, but what they'd REALLY like is for Bieber to get kicked out.
“Yeah, pretty much,” says the source.
