The trial we're speaking of is obviously Rob Kardashian versus the paparazzo who took photos of him working out with his shirt off!
In case you need a refresher, March 2013: Rob put on a few (times a few times a few) pounds and was working out at a West Hollywood gym while a vulture from the flock of LA’s ever-circling paparazzi (name: Andra Viak) was lurking nearby and snapped a few shirtless pics of the reality star.
When Rob noticed her and her camera, he grabbed the device’s memory card and kept it. There was no way in hell he was letting it get on Getty and Wenn and then waking up the next day to Buzzfeed's “17 Photos of Rob Kardashian’s Shirtless Belly.”
After a hearing in court yesterday, a civil settlement has been reached. Sources tell TMZ that Rob has agreed to pay Viak for the value of the camera equipment and that she’s now satisfied with the outcome. Those same sources also added that she will not be pursuing the criminal case; settling the charges against Rob for battery and petty theft was enough to even the score.
