We know, we know, we cry wolf nearly once a week but this time, Us Weekly’s
cover story is all about Miley and Liam’s breakup. SO IT MUST BE REAL!
Before, all we had to go off was whether or not Miley wore her
engagement ring in a Twitter photo.
Here are the details:
A few weeks ago, we reported that Liam’s brothers were trying to stage an intervention to get Liam to leave Miley. Well, apparently when he didn’t leave her, they kept pestering him.
“They
wanted him to end the romance for good,” a source tells the mag,
“Liam’s brother’s had heart-to-hearts with him because they were
worried. Each time, he was more receptive.”
The source says, “they are definitely over.” Even Miley confirmed to a friend, “we’re done.”
Apparently Liam was “miserable” before the breakup and repeatedly “hurt by Miley.”
There was also the issue of Miley’s “new look” which Liam and his family thought was her being “rebellious.”
We’ve heard about their “breakup” so many times before, but this time we actually believe it.
Then again, why was Miley wearing her engagement ring in this photo taken on May 25? What’s the rule about returning engagement rings? You stop wearing it when you aren’t engaged, right? Hmm…
