Ray J: Rihanna Is the Hottest Bad Girl

Ray J may brag about “hitting it first” with Kim Kardashian, but if you ask him today who the baddest girl in Hollywood is…it’s not Kim K.
Here’s a hint, she sometimes goes by BadGalRiRi…

 "The hottest bad girl in Hollywood and the hottest bad girl in the world [who] stays turnt up, [who] does what she wants to do, [who] is very successful, [who] is such a go-getter... I got to give it to Rihanna."
Does that mean Ray J wants RiRi to star opposite him in “For The Love Of Ray J Part 2?”

Who knows? One thing is certain…Ray J has bad gals on the brain.
He’s currently hosting Oxygen’s new show “Bad Girls All Star Battle” where contestants from pasts seasons of “Bad Girls Club” come together to compete in a series of physical and mental challenges to win $100,000 and the title of “Baddest Bad Girl of All Time.”
Would Rihanna win if she joined the All Star Battle? Duh. As Ray J would say, “she stays turnt up.”
