If you look at any of the photos of the Spring Breakers girls (Selena, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson and lesser-known-star Rachel Korine) you would assume that these girls all went to the same best friend academy where they learned to pose together and take Instagram pics because these girls are besties!
But it wasn’t always that way…
“You put four girls in a movie and you’re like ‘uh oh,’ but it's actually really good,” Selena told Hollyscoop at the premiere of the movie last night.
Of course, she’s talking about her fear that four chicks would immediately turn into a catfight, but fortunately for director Harmony Korine, all four girls love each other, as evidenced by this candid photo of Selena and Ashley eating fast food in nice dresses. OMG #BFF #LOVE #SpringBreakB*tches
“It was fun. I got really lucky,” says Selena, ”They are so sweet and I definitely have big sisters now.”
Vanessa Hudgens completely agreed with Selena, telling us her favorite part of making the movie was “just hanging out with the girls, honestly that was Harmony’s number one thing. He wanted us to get as close as we could, become sisters, and that’s exactly what we did.”
