Kelly Osbourne isn't known for holding her tongue. Her life -- and that of her Rock Royalty family -- had always been an open book. That is why fans were shocked to learn that Kelly has secretly been engaged for over a month.
The E! Fashion Police co-host and boyfriend Matthew Mosshart got engaged a few weeks before Christmas. "Kelly is the happiest I've ever seen her," a source told Us Weekly. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy." Wedding plans are already in the works.
