Erin Andrews: Hotel is Violating My Privacy Again!

Fox sportscaster Erin Andrews, who's suing Marriott over her stalker, now says the hotel is violating her privacy a second time, in a different way.

Erin alleges that with its recent request for her to hand over her employment, medical and payroll records, the company is entirely out of bounds.
Erin Andrews is Hot

Attorneys for the former ESPN reporter are asking a judge to quash the Marriott subpoena as an attempt to "harass and embarrass" Andrews and that's it.

In her lawsuit against the hotel and the man who recorded the infamous peephole video of Erin Andrews nude, she claims her personal info was disclosed.

Andrews contends that Marriott employees gave Michael David Barrett the dates Andrews would be at a hotel, then gave him a room next to hers.

He then recorded her through the peephole, naked. He was busted and pleaded guilty to interstate stalking, earning himself 30 months in prison.

Although Erin Andrews initially claimed that she had lost earnings and earning capacity because of the recordings, she later dropped those claims.

That makes the requests for information about her employment by Marriott irrelevant, attorneys for the Fox Sports personality said in court papers.

In other Andrews news, she took responsibility for that 50 Cent kiss.
