Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio Join 'The X Factor'

Well, that was quick.
Unlike last year, when we spent months reporting on who-is-joining-the-judging-panel-on-"The-X-Factor" and 99% of it were rumors, FOX has just formally announced it’s new judges lineup for next season and it’s none of the people you thought were joining.

Welcome Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio. These two ladies will sit next to Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato because apparently Simon needs fresh meat to flirt with.
Kelly has already been a judge on the U.K. version of the show and Paulina was a judge on “La Voz,” which is the Spanish language version of “The Voice.”
No offense to Kelly or Paulina, but clearly the judges budget dropped significantly after Britney Spears' departure.

"It's taken more than a decade, but I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!)," Cowell said in a statement. "Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different."
