Dina Lohan Arrested for Drunk Driving

Dina Lohan found herself in some legal trouble recently…and this time it didn’t involve her daughter Lindsay Lohan.

Dina was arrested in Long Island, New York last night and charged with a DUI. Police say her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.

At around 11 p.m. last night, Dina was stopped in her white BMW for allegedly driving 77 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone.
Right away, she appeared intoxicated to cops, so they tested her and she blew a .20.

In the aftermath of the booking, Dina made some claims of her own.
Dina “made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest,” a police official announced, but following the review of a medical responder on the scene, she later “recanted her claim” that she was physically hurt.
Dina was booked on two counts of driving while intoxicated and one for speeding.
She was later released to a third party.
She is due to appear in court later this month.
