Rob is reportedly heading to the Cannes Film Festival later this month because a source told The Sun that he’s doing “promotional duties” there. Anyways, he’s bringing Kristen along and after the festival they are heading to Provence to stay in a $5,000 a night hotel called the Hotel Du Cap, and judging from the photos…it looks like somewhere a royal would stay.
They are also reportedly going to tour the local museums and some vineyards.
Here’s why we don’t believe this. Rob’s only new film is The Rover and there’s no news that it’s going to be screened at Cannes AND IMDb still lists it as “in post-production.”
So why is Rob going to Cannes? He hates publicity, red carpets, humans, talking, talking to strangers…all of it.
The next order of business is that Kristen bought Rob a pool table for his birthday.
“Rob’s a normal guy, he wouldn’t want a bling watch or a flashy car, so Kristen had a [pool table] handmade for him.”
So that's happening.
