Lindsay Lohan Violates Rehab Deal, Faces Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t even checked into rehab and she’s already breaking all the rules.
According to the supreme court of TMZ, their sources told them Lindsay initially agreed to enter the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, New York as part of her plea deal.

 They don’t allow smoking as part of its treatment, however, and that’s not going to fly with Lindsay.
So she got on a plane and is headed back to California to attend Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, a center that does allow smoking.

More importantly, this is news to prosecutors who didn’t sign off on Morningside, so she’s technically already violating her 90-days of rehab agreement.
Just rewriting the story as she goes along with no concern for the consequences… Maybe they can illuminate Lindsay on this habit of hers in Morningside.
Now her lawyer, Mark Heller is scrambling to get the plans approved.
“Lindsay had no idea that Morningside wasn’t approved,” her father Michael Lohan tells CT9. “If it was approved he would have just called from New York and told them which rehab he wanted her to go to. It’s not her fault.”
