That he teamed up with chef Nobu Matsuhisa to realize their venture isn't surprising. What is though is that he'd champion seafood over all other cuisines. Kanye West's Fatburger – His business portfolio is no longer limited to Louis Vuitton backpacks and neon shutter shades. In 2010, 'Ye purchased the ownership rights to 10 Chicago-based Fatburger franchises. You can't just wake up and have properties like Jay-Z, you have to start somewhere.
