A very pregnant Kim, who is due in a couple months with her first child, stepped out with boyfriend Kanye in all black. The expecting mother wore a form-fitting black dress with leather cuffs, and leather detail at the chest covering the cleavage area. She kept it simple and finished her outfit off with plain black heals!Her rapper boyfriend matched her style in black leather pants, a gray shirt and a navy blue velvet blazer! He brightened up his outfit with snow-white sneakers.

Kim and Kanye may have enjoyed a romantic public outing, but in a sit-down interview with Ryan Seacrest, 38, Kim revealed that she really tries to keep her relationship with Kanye private.“I changed a little bit in showing relationships,” Kim told Ryan. “You put it all out there for the world to see, and people turn because they just don’t get your decisions.”
“I felt like I gave so much of myself publicly and when you make mistakes its embarrassing,” the reality TV star added.
Well at least she learned her lesson!
