 The drama never seems to end for Justin, and now it looks like his on-again girlfriend Selena might get dragged into his much-publicized bodyguard lawsuit. All of this stress certainly can’t be good for the ‘Come & Get It’ singer’s health and overall well-being!

Justin Bieber can wag his finger all he wants but there’s not much he can do to prevent Selena Gomez from being hauled in for questioning in the ugly lawsuit involving his bodyguard and a Miami paparazzo. Unfortunately, the chances of Selena being subpoenaed in the case are very likely.

Yikes! Selena, 21, can’t be too thrilled about possibly going before lawyers to defend Justin, 20.

Mark DiCowden, the lawyer representing the alleged assault victim, Miami photographer Jeffrey Binion, is trying to set up a sit-down interview with Selena, TMZ is reporting. She could be a key witness in the case considering she was with Justin when he allegedly got into another scuffle with a photographer in Calabasas, Calif. in May, 2012.
When Justin was asked about his girlfriend in his now infamous four-hour deposition, the performer went ballistic and stormed out of the room. We can only imagine how he will feel if she gets pulled further into this mess!

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Justin is furious that Selena’s name was even mentioned in the deposition. In an attempt to protect her and keep her out of his troubles, he even deleted an Instagram video of the couple working on a sexy dance routine at a studio in Texas.
