Kate Middleton: Childbirth Experience "Natural" and "Beautiful"

Kate Middleton's pregnancy certainly looked flawless, and apparently the actual experience of welcoming Prince George into the world wasn't far off.

In October's Vanity Fair, sources close to the Duchess of Cambridge reveal that her birth plan went exactly according to plan ... doesn't it figure?

"She spoke to some of her best girlfriends after the birth and described the birth as perfect," a source told Vanity Fair's longtime royal reporter Katie Nicholl.

"She said it was straightforward and there were no complications. She wanted a natural birth and she was so happy she was able to have one."

This on top of the fact that throughout her entire first pregnancy, Kate Middleton, 31, only looked pregnant from the front with a perfect baby bump.

Not that she didn't have the luxury of help along the way.

One day after giving birth, she radiantly made her first appearance to introduce Prince George to the world outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital.

Vanity Fair reveals that Kate's hairdresser, Amanda Cook Tucker, was on-call to style Kate's hair and offer her dress options for her post-baby appearance.

A source told the magazine, "She chose the pale blue spotted Jenny Packham dress that afternoon because her tummy was still very rounded."

Kate Middleton, to widespread praise, "decided there was no point trying to hide her bump, so she went for a flattering dress that showed off her curves."

Middleton's curves are already a thing of the past.

As for the Duchess' weight loss secrets ... there are none. Between yoga, living an active lifestyle, nursing and being slender, it's just sort of happened.

"A few weeks after George was born, you could hardly tell she had just given birth," a source said. "Kate's still breastfeeding, and the small weight she gained has just melted off."

Indeed it has. She looks amazing ...
