The very contentious public battle between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller comes at the cost of their kids’ custody.
Their two boys are currently under the guardianship of Charlie’s ex Denise Richards, but that’s soon going to change. According to a source close to the former couple, Brooke will have them under her care by the end of this year.
“Brooke will get the kids at her six month hearing that comes up in November,” an insider close to the proceedings told Ct9, “because she’s complied with everything the Department of Children and Family Services has asked.”
Our
insider says not only will Brooke get her two boys Max and Bob back,
but Brooke has information that will stop Charlie from seeing them.
“Brooke’s family hired two of the best PI firms to track Charlie’s every
move and collect info from failed friendships since last June and that
evidence will render Charlie helpless on any appeal to see them.”
The
source then added, though, that allegedly, Brooke still isn’t clean.
“Brooke still uses drugs, she’s back on crack and meth. But Charlie’s
not any better, he still parties every weekend.”
