Britney Spears' Intense Workout Revealed


Britney Spears showed off her new body on Instagram yesterday, exhibiting a figure we didn’t know Britney had underneath those clothes.
Her trainer talked to E! News and revealed Britney’s intense workout.
“She’s been a terror lately, working as hard as she can,” says her trainer Tony Martinez, “She’s using all sports right now to get ready for her 90 minute Las Vegas show.”
“She is doing Olympic-style training. This is hardcore stuff. Britney knew she needed to step up her game. She is just drilling it but she likes it too! She loves to sweat and she still talks smack to me,” says the trainer.
Britney’s workout includes tennis, soccer drills, climbing a 10-foot fence and disc throwing.

But Britney still doesn’t think her midsection is ready for Vegas, “She always wants to work her abs.”
But according to her trainer, Brit is ready to hop on a stage TOMORROW!
“She is mentally and physically 100 percent ready for Vegas. She’s so excited to perform and show what great shape she is in."
