On September 2, bodyguard to the stars Norman “Dutch Giant” Oosterbroek
died after he broke into a neighbor’s mansion while naked. He punched
the resident and swallowed drugs. Miami-Dade police shocked him with a
Taser and he died.
For months up until that point, his life had already been spiraling out of control. He had previously been fired by
Beyoncé and
Jay Z for hiring a prostitute in Las Vegas while on duty, a source told Confidenti@l.
“Beyoncé
and Jay Z were furious when they found out,” the source said. “They
trusted Norman with their lives and then he went and did some pretty
freaky things, and on video with a hooker. They were outraged.”
When
the famous couple saw the video evidence, they knew they had to remove
him from their services (Allegedly, this detail was first uncovered by a
major print publication, the source said, and rumor has it that when
Bey and Jay were approached for comment, they struck a deal to keep it
out of the news).
“They really thought Norman was now a danger to
Blue Ivy,” added the source. “From what I understand he was devastated,
because a lot of the people in the industry knew that he couldn’t be
trusted and not to hire him.”
Norman had been in and out of rehab for years, according to the
Miami Herald.
His depression was only exacerbated after he lost his gig as a
bodyguard to Hollywood stars and used drugs even more, the source said.
