The actress was spotted shopping for flowers on Wednesday in Los Angeles, but the focus was more on her left ring finger than the bouquet in her right palm.
As you can see at People.com, there sure looks to be a gold band where a wedding or engagement ring would go.
"He knows what they have is amazing and special," says the insider. "He's been thinking about proposing for a long time."
Ashton, of course, was famously married to Demi Moore for six years until that union fell apart following his alleged affair.
"They are clearly very much in love, in tune with each other and so comfortable," another source close to Kutcher tells the magazine. "In some ways, it's like they're married already."
Yesterday, meanwhile, it was announced that Scarlett Johansson is engaged to Romain Dauriac.
