Amanda Bynes Evicted From Her Apartment

Another setback for Amanda Bynes…she’s practically homeless now. The former child star has been evicted from her Manhattan apartment.
“[Amanda] was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events,” a source told In Touch.
“At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment. She is officially gone from the building.”
Neighbors have been complaining about Amanda’s behavior for weeks now—her marijuana use and rude behavior to name a few—and following her highly-publicized arrest on May 23, the building's management took action.

And they’re well within their rights, most likely. According to an attorney in the tristate area, Francis J. Falkenstein, Esq. told CT9, “there is most likely a clause in her lease that prohibits certain behaviors,” for instance, disturbing the peace and general disorderly behavior, which Amanda’s legal troubles infringed upon.
“As long as the leasing company/landlord complied with the terms of the lease, they can definitely evict her for her actions,” he added. “In theory, they would not even need them to be criminal, they would just have to be in violation of the lease terms. So theoretically, she could have all the charges dismissed and still the eviction could be legal.
