Kim Kardashian Summons Kris Humphries As Witness for Trial

It's what we dreaded would always happen: "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" becoming indistinguishable from real life. Like the BP oil spill, the disaster that's Kim Kardashian's last marriage is now polluting our legal court system.
At her divorce trial next month, in an attempt to clean up this mess, Kim will call to the stand all the usual suspects, including a show producer, matriarch Kris Jenner, and—curveball!—ex-husband Kris Humphries.
All these names just to prove that Kim K. and Kris H.'s wedding was real and not just a ploy written up and hatched by a show for ratings as everyone had assumed. It appears that even in divorce, these two can still get together and cooperate on a problem. Maybe they should've used this type of teamwork in their marriage?

Anyway, that's in the past. What we can anticipate from the proceedings will be Kim providing "reasons why the parties' marriage should be dissolved and not annulled" (which is what Kris H. wants—an annulment)—the crux of this whole divorce trial.

She'll also have to somehow show "that she did not defraud [Kris Humphries] into marrying her," which sounds even more entertaining.

Because Kris Jenner has to practically approve and sign off each time a Kardashian blinks, she'll be there to speak about "communications with the parties regarding their relationship" in support of Kim's "did not defraud" defense.
It's the Kardashian courtroom spin-off we didn't really ask for, so stay tuned.
